Terms and Conditions of Use of LH Bank Speedy Services (Individual)


The Applicant agrees to use LH Bank Speedy Service (Internet) and / or LH Bank Speedy Service (Mobile) according to service details determined by the Bank which, unless referred to as a particular service, shall be collectively and interchangeably referred to as "LH Bank Speedy Services". The Applicant agrees to be bound by and comply with the terms and conditions of use as follows.


1.  The Applicant in an individual category must be 15 years old and over and has a savings account or a current account opened with Land and Houses Bank PLC.

2.  The Applicant must have an e-mail address and a mobile phone number and at least one savings account or one current account opened with Land and Houses Bank PLC. In case of changes in the above details, the Applicant must notify the Bank immediately.

3.  Upon receipt of a password from the Bank, the Applicant must change the password. For first time access, the system will automatically prompt you to reset your password.

4.  The Bank determines the terms of use of LH Bank Speedy Services. The Applicant must access the system, using the Applicant's User Name and Password and / or Personal Identification Number (PIN) in accordance with the conditions determined by the Bank (for each type of service).

5.  The Applicant must keep confidential of the User Name and the Password and / or PIN (depending on each case) provided under clause 4 and not make them available to any persons. If the User Name or the Password is lost or forgotten, the Applicant may contact LH Bank Call Center at 0 2677 7111 for suspension of the old password and obtaining a new password.

6.  If the Applicant enters wrong password for more than the number of times set by the Bank, the Bank shall suspend LH Bank Speedy Services immediately and the Applicant will no longer be able to access the service. Should the Applicant wishes to continue using LH Bank Speedy Services, please contact LH Bank Call Center at 0 2677 7111 to reactive the service.

7.  The Applicant agrees that transactions made through LH Bank Speedy Services regardless of whether the transactions are related to the Applicant's account or not, when made using the Applicant's User Name and Password and/or PIN under clause 4 in accordance with the methods or conditions of use for each type of service as determined by the Bank, will not require other actions or signature as evidence.

Unless requested or otherwise specified by the Bank in the application, the Applicant shall be liable for such actions as if performed by the Applicant regardless of whether or not they are committed in bad faith by a third party.

8.  The Applicant agrees that where the balance of the Applicant's account is zero or insufficient for the Bank to process a request and / or where the Bank has not received a document to support a request for any types of service and / or the use of LH Bank Speedy Services by the Applicant exceeds the amount or the credit line set by the Bank and / or permitted by law and / or upon occurrence of a particular circumstance specified by the Bank or by law and / or when it is necessary for the Bank or there is a disruption irrespective of reasons, the Bank reserves the right not to provide the service for that particular session as deemed appropriate by the Bank and the Applicant shall waive all rights of claim for damage arising out of the Bank's action.

9.  The Applicant agrees that an application for the service or any actions performed through the electronics system regardless of methods, shall be deemed reliable and enforceable between the Applicant, the Bank and the relevant parties. The Applicant warrants that evidence or documents or information created by the Bank and / or the Applicant due to the use of LH Bank Speedy Service are accurate without a need for the Applicant to verify or to provide signature.

10.  The user may transfer fund to other accounts, make interbank transfer, or pay for goods and services in the total amount not exceeding 500,000 Baht per day per account and/or the fund transfer limit as amended or approved by LH Bank for unlimited number of transactions. LH Bank shall deduct the transferred amount and the transfer fee from the user’s account, after which the fund will be transferred to the receiver’s account immediately or on the specified date in case of advance transfer.

11.  You will receive an evidence from LH Bank when you transfer payment via LH Bank Speedy including LH Bank Speedy (Internet) and/or LH Bank Speedy (Mobile). You will also receive an e-mail and/or an SMS notification for transaction not recorded in your account book.

12.  If you find processing error or in case where LH Bank Speedy including LH Bank Speedy (Internet) and/or LH Bank Speedy (Mobile) is suspended, please contact LH Bank Call Center at Tel 0 2677 7111 for the following actions:

12.1  Upon receipt of a request for suspension of service, LH Bank agrees to complete the suspension within the informed period. You will still be responsible for the action and the transaction performed prior to the completion of the period for suspension.

12.2  You must provide information regarding date, time, place of transaction, your account number and the account number of the person involved in the transaction, amount and type of transaction or any information as requested by LH Bank.

12.3  LH Bank will complete an investigation and rectification of error (if any) within 30 days from the date of receipt of complete information as specified above. You will be informed of a result of the investigation within seven days from the date of the result. Please note that LH Bank will make an investigation in accordance with the requirements of the government and/or Bank of Thailand only.

12.4  In case of error where LH Bank is liable to you for payment, LH Bank will transfer the amount that has been incorrectly transferred to your account within seven days from the date on which LH Bank is aware of the error.

13.  You agree and accept that LH Bank is not liable for the following damage and interruption:

13.1  Damage to equipment or device used for service including those belonging to LH Bank and/or other persons and/or you.

13.2  Failure to access the system and/or programme and/or server.

13.3  Disruption of communication network system and/or any part of electronics payment transfer system, power distribution system and/or communication device and/or electrical equipment and/or telephone lines.

13.4  Force majeure or events beyond control including failure of communication system device or failure of signal connection or interruption caused by computer virus or system maintenance which prevents you from using the service.

14.  LH Bank is liable to you in case of electronics payment transfer in the following cases:

14.1  LH Bank ignores and fails to attach or suspend payment transfer or pre-agreed payment transfer as requested by you which results in that payment being transferred.

14.2  Payment is transferred via electronics mean when LH Bank has not provided payment transfer device to you.

134.3  The electronics payment transfer is performed but it is not due to your fault.

15.  The Applicant agrees to pay for service fees within the period and at the rate specified by the Bank. The Bank reserves the right to change the service fees anytime by giving an advance notice. The Applicant agrees to an immediate deduction of the fee from the Applicant's account opened with the Bank.

16.  The Bank reserve the right to determine and change the service fees and / or fee collection method at any time deemed appropriate by the Bank.

17.  The Bank reserves the right to amend part of or entire terms and conditions of use of LH Bank Speedy Services as deemed appropriate or change the terms and conditions for a particular user with an advance notice.

18.  In case of damage to the Applicant's account due to an error made by the Bank, the Applicant must report such damage to LH Bank Call Center, Tel 0 2677 7111 within seven (7) days of acknowledgement of such error.

19.  Once the Applicant has informed the bank of damage due to an error made by the Bank and the Bank has acknowledged such matter for rectification / consideration of remedy to the Applicant, the Applicant agrees to give full cooperation to the Bank.

20.  In case of damage to the Applicant's account due to an error made by the Applicant, the Applicant must notify the Bank immediately through LH Bank Call Center, tel 0 2677 7111. The Applicant agrees to take actions as advised by the Bank and shall give full cooperation to the Bank. In case of non-cooperation by the Applicant, the Bank reserves the right not to be liable for such damage.

21.  The Bank shall investigate / consider rectification of any errors or damage according to statutory regulations and / or Bank of Thailand's regulations. The Bank reserves the right to ignore any requests in breach of statutory regulations and / or Bank of Thailand's regulations.

22.  The Bank shall be liable when the Bank fails to perform as requested by the Applicant which causes the Applicant or a fund receiver to be unable to receive the fund under the Applicant's instruction except in the following cases:

22.1  when the Applicant has insufficient fund in his/her account;

22.2  when the amount requested to be transfer is over the credit line approved by the Bank;

22.3  when the credit line is suspended

22.4  when the Applicant is under legal proceedings

22.5  when the Bank has already informed the Applicant of a disruption in relation to the fund transfer prior to or during the Application's transaction or when the Applicant breaches the terms or conditions agreed with the Bank;

22.6  when it is a force majeure event in relation to the service.

23.  The Bank reserves the right to determine the Bank's scope of liability to the Applicant or a fund receiver for an interbank transfer where the Applicant or a fund receiver is unable to receive a fund as instructed by the Applicant.

24.  Where legislation or statutory announcement or regulations requires that the Bank disclose information or financial transactions of the Applicant or any customer(s) to a government officer or authority upon request, the Applicant consents to the Bank's disclosure of information and / or making information available to a government officer or authority in all aspects.

25.  The Applicant shall be deemed to have acknowledged the content of documents or notices or e-mails or SMS sent by the Bank to the Applicant at the address and / or office as specified by the Applicant.

26.  The terms and conditions of use are enforceable and interpreted according to the law of Thailand. Thai courts have jurisdiction over dispute settlements arising out of the terms and conditions of use of the services.

27.  Where the Bank suffers damage due to the Applicant's use of the electronics system, the Applicant shall be unconditionally liable for all damage to the Bank.

28.  The Applicant permits the Bank to contact, enquire or disclose to, any or all details or information relating to the Applicant which the Bank acknowledges from the Applicant's use of the Bank's service, any persons and/or juristic persons as deemed appropriate by the Bank without obtaining permission or consent from the Applicant in advance. This consent shall be in effect at all times including after the Applicant has cancelled this service.

29.  The Bank may terminate LH Bank Speedy Services provided to the Applicant without a notice for the following cases.


29.1  The Applicant fails to commence the use of LH Bank Speedy Services within 365 days of the date of receipt of a User ID.

29.2  The Applicant fails to access LH Bank Speedy Services for a period longer than 365 days from the date of the last access.

29.3  The Bank is unable to deduct annual fee or a service fee from the Applicant's account regardless of causes.

30.  The Bank has the right to terminate LH Bank Speedy Services or any type of services available through LH Bank Speedy Services at any time without giving an advance notice to the Applicant.

31.  The Applicant may suspend or terminate any services as deemed appropriate by the Applicant by following instructions on LH Bank Speedy (www.lhbankspeedy.com) or contact LH Call Center, tel 0 2677 7111.

The Applicant shall cancel all transactions made through LH Bank Speedy prior to termination date or cancellation of the service.

32.  The Applicant agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of LH Bank Speedy Services and the terms and conditions to be added in the future. Handbooks and any documents related to the use of LH Bank Speedy Services to be announced in the future shall be deemed part of the terms and conditions of these services. The Applicant agrees to comply with the Bank's rules and/or respective statutory regulations and shall provide documents to the Bank as requested by any statutory bodies or the Bank.
